ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Please note that certain orders constitute improper use of SoftwarePal and its services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Gift Card, eGift Card, or PayPal account which are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is shipped). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We do our very best to provide you with excellent, competitive prices on our website. While SoftwarePal strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, SoftwarePal shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item and notify you of such cancellation.

SoftwarePal does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. However, we strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great value, every day.

If you find a product that is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, and the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If SoftwarePal receives a valid counter-notification, it shall provide the complainant with a copy of the counter-notification, inform the complainant that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 days from receipt of the counter-notification, and replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days, provided that SoftwarePal.co.uk has not received notice from the complainant that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on SoftwarePal.co.uk’s system.

You should be aware that the DMCA provides substantial penalties for a false counternotice filed in response to a notice of copyright infringement. 9) Delivery & Shipping Terms

9.1 The product you have purchased is a digital product and the product shall be delivered via email.  The product purchased is provided to Customers in an electronic format as a downloadable product via a link. In addition product keys to activate the product shall be sent to the Customer by e-mail.

9.2 Customers can still elect and request to have their product sent via post and specify directly to support@SoftwarePal.co.uk that they wish to receive their purchase via normal post.  After the purchase customers will receive a purchase confirmation via email, in addition to that a letter will be posted and this will contain the instructions to download the product they have purchased, including the serial Keycode to activate the product purchased; the letter will not contain a physical disk.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that we have the correct postal address when completing their purchase and it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any changes via email at support@SoftwarePal.co.uk

How do I receive my Product Key?

We provide your product key in a text format sent via email, after your order confirmation, and we also send this direct to the email provided during checkout, is your responsibility to ensure the email is correct and deliberate attempt to falsify emails and any action identified as fraudulent will result in the suspension of your order and account. To identify your true identity and to match the order details, we may have to ask for proof of ID and prove that the purchase was done with the account that belongs to you and you have control over it.  We may request to send additional information to identify you and any information to confirm the payment transaction, should we identify any fraudulent behavior your order will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

How quickly will I receive my product key?

Our free delivery system allows for the instant and automatic allocation of your Product Key. Once the customer makes payment (and passes any fraud checks) the Product Key will be provided to their email account. This ensures delivery of the product key within minutes, at any time of the day, please check all your details are correct and your spam/ junk folder

What is a License/Product Key?

A License/Product Key is the serial number or product code that activates a product. This is usually a combination of numbers and letters.

Incorrect purchases

We cannot issue a refund or replacement if a customer has purchased an incorrect product and/or the product is not compatible. example 1, purchased a windows software package for a Mac machine, or the machine I have is not compatible

example 2, purchases a product suitable for windows 10 only, but has a windows 8 operating system.

Installation and/or Activation Issues

Our support team is ready to help with any issues you have with your purchased Product Key, therefore before actioning a request for a refund we endeavor to resolve any issues with you.

During this process, we reserve the right to resolve the matter first, and request digital images, such as a screenshot of the code being entered and the error encountered to help us investigate the issue.

In some cases, we may need to use remote-based access and support software, such as TeamViewer to fully resolve your issue.

Refunds and/or replacements will only be issued in cases where we have been allowed access to fully investigate and are unsolvable.

We always reserve the right to apply our discretion 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any incoming order that we believe to be of suspicious nature (such as unauthorized/fraudulent payments etc.). Similar paid orders are not refunded and the goods are not delivered.

We cannot cancel orders if you have already received the activation code, as this item is no longer safe and secure and there is no way to re-sell that item.

We cannot cancel or refund an order, just because you don’t enjoy / like, or use the product.

Due to the nature of the product and the Digital Delivery, once ordered the product key will be emailed directly to you.  As we are unable to stop this process and we are unable to re-issue this unique Product Key, as soon as you have purchased your item this would become non-refundable and you will NOT  be able to cancel your order.   However, we always reserve the right to apply our discretion, exchanges and voucher credit can be applied as long as the customer notifies us via email at support@SoftwarePal.co.uk.

Digital Delivery & Distance Selling 

Online and distance selling for Digital services, once you receive the product via email (download) you are bound by our terms and conditions, and the Online distance selling for Digital services, you are aware that you will waive your 14-day right to cancel.  As we offer digital products, we are unable to know the identity of the person who redeems the code. For each order placed, we track the delivery of the Product Key and store vital details of when the code has been viewed by the customer, including the date, time, and IP address. All of our Product Keys are guaranteed and checked.

Error Code Issues

Coupon discount codes error, or redemption code or voucher code errors must be reported within 24 hours of purchase, we are unable to offer replacements once this time has passed.

License usage

The license is attached to your hardware if your device where you have installed the license is lost or stolen; or If a user make changes to their device hardware for example such as removing the hard drive or the Motherboard your license will be lost and will you need to buy a new one.

If you don’t make any changes to your device hardware as outlined above the license will last a lifetime.

Exchanges  & refunds

If you have you have received remote assistance from our technical team via remote control (team viewer) and if the software package is defective and/or cannot be resolved even after receiving assistance from our technical support team * (Remote control, Team Viewer, Via Email/Live Chat), we will issue customers with a replacement product key for the same product purchased.  This means receiving assistance from our technical support team * (Remote control, ANY Desk, Team Viewer).  We will not be able to process a refund if you fail and/or refuse to cooperate with our technical team and we have not had an opportunity to check /or provide the required information as described.     If we are not able to resolve and fix the issue we will refund you the purchase.

How to initiate a Refund/Exchange*

Providing that our technical team has had an opportunity to investigate the issue as described above, and you have not activated the license or used it somewhere else on another device all you need to do is ask for a refund by sending us an email with the original order number and provide us with your name, order number, original payment method; once we get your email you will get a full refund. Please note that this is only applicable when you have cooperated with our technical team, have provided the information we need to verify, and diagnose, and allowed us to assist you and investigate the error fully. This means receiving assistance from our technical support team * (Remote control, ANY Desk, Team Viewer). We will not be able to process a refund if you fail and/or refuse to cooperate with our technical team and/or provide the required information as described
